As long term clients of Britannia Services we are very happy to recommend them. They give a prompt and reliable service. They turn up when they say they will and are quick to solve any problems you may have.
Apart from their enhancement and maintenance of our heating system they have also re-fitted a bath room and en-suite shower room which we are very pleased with.
An additional bonus is that when they call in one of the allied trades to work on something the people they use are similarly competent and reliable. ( We have gained other good contacts through this)

"Britania services replaced our boiler together with the whole heating and hot water system in our 17th century cottage.
They listened to our needs and took our outline design and proposed some changes that gave us some additional benefits. We did not want 'cheap' and their price was competitive for a quality job. They were very professional throughout as well as hard working and reliable. In an old building there were inevitably some minor variations as the work progressed. However, these were discussed at the time and there were no surprises when the final bill was presented.
All in all, if you want a good quality job done by professionals then I can highly recommend Britania Services."

Britannia installed our boiler in 2015. They came on the date agreed, worked constantly to install it, were tidy workers, kept us informed throughout re the water supply etc. A professional team we were happy to have in our home.
We are highly satisfied with their service and our new Worcester boiler.

I have used Britania Services for several years.
Services have included bathroom refits (gutting back to the four walls and refitting from scratch, including tiling), oil tank replacement and general plumbing maintenance of the central heating and hot water system. Britania Services strictly adhere to all regulatory requirements and always provide a quality service, in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that all work is carried out to the satisfaction of the customer.

I have no hesitation in recommending Britannia Services. Our property is over 300 years old and presents many challenges in fitting modern appliances however Ian and his team were confident, knowledgeable and efficient. All work was finished to a high standard and continues to work well and look good!
Ian really listened to me and sourced bathroom fittings that were in keeping with my ideas. He was also able to solve problems and correct mistakes left by previous plumbers.
The house was left tidy each day and they were reliable and punctual. Britannia Services communication was excellent throughout.
They are also good with large dogs!
